Each challenge is designed with 6 workouts a week. This will provide you with rest days which are imperative to achieve success. It also gives you flexibility to workout on the days that best fit your schedule.

Do I have to do each workout on a certain day or time?

No! You can complete your workouts when they best fit your schedule. There are 6 workouts each week. You have the ability to see the workouts 14 days in advanced plus go back and hit any workouts you "missed".

How long does each workout take to complete?

Each challenge will be a little different, but they are meant to be completed in 15-20 minutes.

What equipment do I need?

Due to the fact that each challenge will be a little different. I added a list of items needed by each challenge description. I designed them to require as little as possible to meet everyone's needs.

What is the process of signing up?

Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email with information as well as a link to my app and your password to log in. You will then be added to the challenge.

Are the workout different than your workout membership programs?

Yes, the challenges are meant to focus on one area or fitness. They are also designed to be done in a faster manner than my membership program. The fitness membership program is focused on all areas of fitness as well as every muscle group. If you need help, please reach out. I can help you pick the best plan for your needs.
